Biking to the IJA convention

photos from early Wednesday morning, June 27, 2007

The blurb below is pasted from The Accounts of Brett's Biking Escapades:

Summer 2007: East Coast Tour

I'M ON MY WAY! I started June 25, and I plan to take three weeks to bicycle from Northampton, Massachusetts to Wintson-Salem, North Carolina to attend the IJA Festival! I am guessing this will be about 950 miles. I think you all should guess what the EXACT total will end up being to Winston-Salem!

Brett arrived in Kingston, escorted by fellow Free-Time Juggling Area instructor, Eric, from the Mid-Hudson Juggling Club, on Tuesday, June 26, 2007. Read Brett's account of getting to Kingston at Salzburg, NY to Kingston, NY. We really enjoyed hosting Brett and Eric, and juggling together. Brett demonstrated some of his well-developed guesting skills.

Brett prepares to leave town in the dawn's early light. Next stop: Middletown NY.

Brett's escorts, with Eric leading the way on the recumbent bicycle that he built, for Bruce's first trip in traffic. (Bruce safely positioned himself in the middle of the convoy).
